This market is popular for rice products and other dried products such as dried lotus seeds, green beans, dried red beans, and this place is also one of the places to buy cheap electronic goods such as mobile phone, music player etc. On the other side of the market there are many shops selling souvenirs such as postcards, T-shirts printed symbol of Cambodia, and especially traditional Krama scarf for women.

This building was built by the famous Cambodian architect Vann Molyvann, hence, it’s worth a look even if you’re not hunting souvenirs knick-knacks. The art deco inspired, cross shaped building sits under a golden dome. Jewelry, watches, and gold stands dominate the central area under the dome. Some of the gems are real from Cambodia’s near exhausted gem fields, and most of the silver and gold items are real, though you will pay current trade prices.

Popularly known as “Art Street”, is a must visit place for painting, sculpture lovers. Walking down the streets, you’ll see art galleries selling popular Cambodian art such as paintings, and stone and wooden statues. 1.    When is the best time to go to Cambodia?
Answer - Travelers can visit Cambodia any time of the year, but the most popular time to travel would be the dry season from October to April. Early summer can also be a great time to visit for those who don't mind higher temperatures and more frequent bouts of rainfall.

2.    What type of food is typical of Cambodia?
Answer - Cambodian cuisine is similar to that of Thailand and Laos. However, there are unique local dishes to try. Answer - A passport with at least six months validity is necessary for travel to Cambodia.
